Hor\u0161\u00ed sp\u00e1nok<\/strong><br>Mo\u017eno zasp\u00ed\u0161 r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie, ale kvalita sp\u00e1nku ide dole. A bez kvalitn\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku zabudni na v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Viac tuku, menej svalov<\/strong><br>Alkohol je kalorick\u00e1 bomba.
